We stayed at Grant's place for my bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect for our group of 14 (the maximum occupancy). The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were mirrors in every room, and the open-concept layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together in the kitchen and living area. The home was exactly what we needed for a fun and memorable weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! We spent 4 amazing days here with 3 families and 3 kids, and this place blew us away. The backyard is an absolute paradise for families — swingset, clubhouse, mini putt, ping pong, fire pit, pool, and hot tub kept everyone entertained all day and night. The kids never wanted to come inside! The property is spotless, incredibly spacious, and so well-stocked — everything you need is already there. With multiple families sharing the space, it never felt crowded. If you're planning a group family getaway, look no further. We're already planning our return trip! 🏖️

Our family had an amazing stay at Golden Dune Getaway! The backyard is the star of the show. Our kids barely wanted to leave. The pool was perfect for the little ones and the outdoor games kept everyone busy. Plenty of seating to actually relax while the kids ran wild. The whole setup felt like a private resort. The location was great too, being close enough to both the beach and downtown. Highly recommend this place to any family heading to Wilmington! Thanks for a great stay.

Is booking on this site secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Hospitable Property Management software using bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your card details. You'll get a confirmation email immediately after booking with your full reservation details.

What's your cancellation policy?

Most properties offer a 30-day flexible cancellation window. Specifics vary by property and season — you'll see the exact policy on each listing page before you book. If your plans change, reach out as early as possible and we'll work with you when we can.

What's included in my stay?

Every property comes with high-end linens, fully stocked kitchens, premium amenities, fast wifi, and a curated local guide for the neighborhood. Cleaning is included in your booking total. No hidden fees.

How does check-in and check-out work?

All check-ins are self-guided via a smart lock or keypad code you'll receive 24 hours before arrival. Check-in is 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible, just ask.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. If a property isn't marked "pet-friendly," it doesn't accept pets.
